Flour Tortilla Nachos
A more sophisticated, lighter Boston version. Multiple batches have been served to wrinkled relatives as they emerged from the hot tub.
Ingredients
flour tortillas
2 tablespoons salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or longhorn cheese
Instructions
The key here is not to “load“ the tortillas with topping. Spread a teaspoon of the salsa over the tortilla and lightly sprinkle with the cheese. Put in the toaster oven and toast until the cheese bubbles. Remove and cut into wedges with a pizza cutter
