Hot Pepper Relish

If this sounds strange, it is. But its wicked good. It can be served as salsa with the tortilla nachos.

Ingredients

1 green pepper 1 red pepper, large 1 yellow pepper, large 1 2" diameter onion 1 hot fresh pepper, or cumin, coriander, chili powder and cayenne to taste or El Paso (hot) canned jalapenos (1/4 can)

Instructions

Grind onion until its liquid. Add peppers and grind until they are minced. Add peppers to de sired hot. Microzap 5 minutes. Use as salsa or serve with fish.
