Nachos
These are a favorite of Will and David. Ned contends they are fairly nutritious
Ingredients
nacho or tortilla chips
2-3 tablespoons salsa
1 cup shredded jack or mozerella cheese
Instructions
Place the chips on a microwavable plate, spread out so they are not overlapping too much. Sprinkle on the cheese. Dot some salsa on each chip. Microwave on high 45 to 60 seconds, until they are just bubbling. Let cool a minute, then eat. (Can be made with organic black bean tortilla chips for the more health conscious among us and with potato chips for those who have just gotten their braces and are not supposed to eat hard, crunchy foods.) Start making the next plateful while you are eating this one because they will be gone before you know it.
